Terms of Service – Artiwo Studio

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Artiwo Studio website and the purchase of custom digital art services ("Services"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Artiwo Studio

Artiwo Studio is a freelance digital art service operated in India. We create custom digital artwork using AI-assisted tools and manual refinement.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed by completing the contact form on our website or messaging us directly.
An order is confirmed only after we have accepted it in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and payment has been received.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete briefs. We are not liable for outcomes that result from incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payment is due in full before work commences.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and major debit/credit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any quoted price will be honoured for 14 days.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
We will notify you if significant delays arise.
Files are delivered via a download link sent to your email address.
Download links expire after 30 days. Please save your files promptly.

5. Revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Each revision round includes feedback on the existing artwork; requests for entirely new concepts may be treated as additional orders.
Revision limits are as defined in the chosen package (Starter: 1, Standard: 3, Premium: unlimited).
Additional revisions beyond the package limit may be purchased at an agreed rate.

6. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered artwork for personal and commercial purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute or claim the artwork as your own original work without our written consent.
We retain the right to display the completed artwork in our portfolio and on social media unless you request confidentiality at the time of ordering.
We retain copyright over all artwork until full payment is received.

7. Refund policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced, except in the following circumstances:
If we are demonstrably unable to produce artwork that matches the agreed brief after all included revisions, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
If we cancel your order before beginning work, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

8. Prohibited content

We reserve the right to decline any order that requires the creation of artwork that:

Contains explicit sexual content involving minors.
Promotes hatred, violence or discrimination.
Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Is designed to deceive or defraud.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artiwo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
